Privacy policy

Campaira ("Campaira", "we") is a marketing tool that helps business owners plan, create and manage advertising campaigns and website content. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account: your email address, name (if you add it), and sign-in method (email and password, or Google sign-in).
- Business profile: details you enter, such as business name, website, services, ideal customers, service area, goals and monthly ad budget.
- Advertising accounts you connect: when you connect Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we receive an access token and the IDs, names, currency and time zone of the ad accounts and Facebook Pages you choose to share, plus campaign settings and performance reports (spend, clicks, conversions) for campaigns Campaira manages.
- Content we generate for you: campaign drafts, ad text, AI-generated ad images, SEO audits and article drafts.
- Website audits: when you run an SEO audit, we read up to 15 public pages of the website you entered.
- Leads: lead details you choose to record (for example name, email, stage).
- Billing: subscription status and Stripe identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To provide the service: generate drafts, create campaigns (always paused first), launch or pause them when you approve, and show you their results.
- To apply your rules, such as budget limits and Autopilot pause rules.
- To run your account, billing, security and support.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to you, or use your ad account data to train AI models.
Google and Meta data
Campaira only accesses the Google Ads and Meta ad accounts and Pages you explicitly connect and select, and only to manage campaigns you ask it to manage. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in your browser. You can disconnect at any time on the Ads page, and you can also remove Campaira's access in your Google Account or Facebook settings.
Campaira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers we share data with
- Supabase: sign-in, database and private file storage.
- Vercel: hosting.
- AI providers (Groq or OpenAI): business details and your instructions are sent to generate text; requests are not used to train their models under their API terms.
- Cloudflare Workers AI: image descriptions are sent to generate ad images.
- Google and Meta: campaign content you approve is sent to your own ad accounts.
- Stripe: payments.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting an ad platform deletes its stored tokens. Deleting a business removes its Campaira data. When your account is deleted, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons. Campaigns already created in your Google or Meta accounts stay there until you remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your information in Settings, disconnect ad accounts on the Ads page, and delete a business in Settings. To access, export or delete all of your data, see data deletion or contact our support page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as PIPEDA, the GDPR or the CCPA.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for ad platform tokens, access controls and least-privilege database rules. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and sign out on shared devices.
Children
Campaira is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Questions: our support page.
