Delete your data

Remove Facebook/Meta or Google access

  1. Sign in to Campaira and open Ads.
  2. Click Disconnect on Meta Ads or Google Ads. This deletes the stored access tokens immediately.
  3. Optionally also remove the app in Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites) or in your Google Account (Security → Third-party access).

Delete a business

Open Settings → Business profile and click Delete business. Its drafts, plans, images and leads are removed from Campaira.

Delete your whole account

Email support from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Campaigns already created in your Google Ads or Meta accounts are yours and stay there; remove them in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
